We are happy to announce Simya VC’s new investment in Juphy! As previously announced, 212 began its startup investments at Simya VC in April. We are proud and overjoyed to share news of our 4th investment from April to September. Juphy is an artificial intelligence-based B2B SaaS startup enabling e-commerce companies to provide effective customer support on their social media channels and increase sales. Over 2,000 companies in 98 countries, mainly North America, use Juphy, founded in 2019.

Since day one, Juphy, which has been able to conduct global sales, boasts a customer satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5 based on over 1,000 customer reviews on platforms like G2, Product Hunt, and AppSumo. Juphy’s investment aligns with Simya VC’s thesis of supporting startups with global growth ambitions and a focus on succeeding globally. Additionally, we accepted Juphy into our partner Alchemist Accelerator program. As we always emphasize, the alignment of the founding team in early-stage startups is one of the most critical keys to success.
